Catherine M. Di Lorenzo

Catherine Di Lorenzo graduated with a B.S. in Social Work from Syracuse University.  She received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.

After graduating from Widener, Cathie went to work for the Public Defender’s Office in West Chester, PA where she was also a member of the juvenile court of rules committee.   In 2009 she joined the premier Wilmington law firm of Carucci Law as an Associate Attorney where she began handling all Pennsylvania cases including bankruptcy, foreclosure modifications, wills, estates, and criminal cases.

In 2011 she became a full partner in Carucci Di Lorenzo where she manages all aspects of the bankruptcy and criminal practice for the firm.  She also serves as Ad Litem attorney for the Court of Chancery Guardianship petitions.

She has established a reputation as skilled and knowledgeable debt relief and bankruptcy lawyer; with an upfront approach – a down to earth nature, no bull, willingness to don the boots and get the job done; providing her clients with the best options for their individual situations.  Her philosophy is simple…give her client the best legal representation and make it cost efficient by focusing not on counting your time, but on making your time count.

Her love of the law, both the spirit and the letter of the law, are second only to her love for family.  In her down time Cathie enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and faithful dog; traveling, cooking & baking, and just spending time together.
